Shipping policy

Order Processing

• Orders are processed as soon as they are received. Dispatch days are Monday–Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
• Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. In rare peak / operational moments dispatch may take slightly longer.
• Orders placed Saturday / Sunday will dispatch the next working business day.

Delivery

• Sassoon Online ships throughout the UK, the EU and Globally.
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
• UK Delivery: Royal Mail
• EU & Global Delivery: UPS

Important

• Delivery costs do not include any duties, taxes or customs tariffs that may be charged on import in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may delay delivery. Sassoon Online ships DAP (Delivered at Place).

Delayed / Lost Shipments

• A shipment is considered lost after 14 working days for UK | 21 working days for EU / International
• We cannot replace or refund before this timeframe has elapsed.
• Sassoon Online is not liable for direct or indirect loss arising from any delivery delays.

Signature on Delivery

• Some deliveries may require a signature.
• If you will not be at your delivery address, please provide an alternative address at checkout where someone will be able to sign.
• If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a card will be left with collection instructions. If the parcel is not collected within the carrier’s timeframe (usually 7 days or after 3 attempts) it is returned to us.
• Re-delivery will require a new shipping fee.
